In 2010 Danny Horton died of a brain tumour, aged 36. Danny's Dash is his family's way of remembering him, and raising money to help fund research into Brain Tumours.
The event is organised by Danny's family and friends, and all proceeds are donated to Brain Tumour Research and Help for Heroes. Since the first event in 2012, the event has donated over £10,000 to charity thanks to the generosity of runners and supporters.

Please note - this is last year's route, starting and finishing from a different location. We will update this link with the new route when it is finalised. Much of the run will remain the same, with the event starting and finishing at the football club instead.
